It is offical my 4110 jd will be in and up and running by Fri. if not sooner, so how did you guys make it while waiting for your new baby to get home. My wife has told me if I talk about it one more time she will cancel the order or cancel me. I have taken a few photos of me and the wife staning next to it but that only goes so far.
Also how do you say goodbye to the old jd the when the day comes. I had a 455 with a bucket and front blade that has been a good friend.
Any ideas of how to clam the nevers.
+ today I drove a gear 4110, no way would I pass up the hydo for a gear 4110.
Again thanks to all that have taken the time to give me good information. I hope someday to be able to help others.

One good thing to do is to download the operators manual from the JD web site and do some reading. You could also make sure you have room in your garage or shop to park it. Maybe make your wife park outside LOL ....

you are very right, when I get the 4110 home I will want to put it to work so the next few days I could be reading up. The garage thing is not promblem becasue it is a 1 car and will fit my tractor, wife is already on the street so to speak. The only deal is I have to buy a new sofa and carpet for the house and take her to dinner but I think I am ahead of the game with this deal.

LOL! Roger - I recently traded a deere in for a Kubota & I have to say I think about it all the time. I wonder if someone has bought it yet & what implements they might use on it. Call me sappy but that little badger worked hard for me & it will always have a place in my heart. ....
